Man, oh man, oh man...hope this isn't a fluke. This is the FIRST time I've dropped 2 pounds since the very beginning. Well, it's been 10 days between weigh-ins, too, but still, I'll take it! That makes 17 1/2 lbs total in as many weeks. I hope it's not dehydration. I tried to drink even more water yesterday and think I drank nearly 10 cups.
-------------------------------------------------------------later....I SO love this site! I love it when my buddies read my journal and comment and encourage me. It really goes far, guys.
---------------okay, enough of the gushy stuff. I forgot to record what I did, exercise wise, today. Same as yesterday - Cardio Max level 1, followed by Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. I like the body parts that one hits and starting with the cardio seems to up the calorie burn for the work out.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And Ruby - this is during the 3+ days my brother was here and we overindulged! Figures, huh? My body doesn't make sense!

I knew it was just a matter of time before you just dropped a BUNCH! 2lbs is AMAZING! -------------------------------------------------------------- And thanks for the cheers last night, I actually was thinking of you when I had my birthday shot of tequila! Haha. I don't know how I dropped again, it MUST be a fluke for me, but for you I bet this is just a starting point for your weight to just start coming off like crazy! You've certainly been working harder than most people I know! And now you're getting a well deserved payoff. Keep up the amazing work!! I'll be thinkin about you on Saturday at the wineries too!!
