It took me a full week to loose 0.8 pounds and I know it is because of the crazy weekend I had last week. 6 days to recover from 2 nights out... its just so crazy! This weekend no parties to go to so that it great!

Really looking at everything and exploring the idea of way more veggies and loosing the berries and peanuts that I have added, no Atkins bars and less cheese. I think this will help speed up the loss... I really want to be under 200 pounds this time next week!!
203.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OOOOHHHHH you are SOOOOO close to "one"derland! I think you've got a good plan to help you get there quickly. I hope you have a good reward in mind for once you reach that mini goal. Pedicure? New sparkly summer sandals? Movie night?
