Same Same Again. Had a day off of the gym.

Back to the grind. Orange theory at 12 and work at 4. Slightly depressed today, need back to the routine maybe.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
