Vitamins
After a bit of searching - I have found a chocolate powdered - multivitamin that I can add to my chocolate protein shake - and it doesn't upset my stomach. It seems to have everything in it a girl could ask for - I'm going to give it a try - (there's Men's too) I got mine from GNC but I'm sure there's other options at other supplement stores - hopefully this helps anyone else out wih the same issues! Thanks for all your posts peeps!

More spots for more meals - would be aweeeesome!
I would really love it if the wonderful makers of this awesome site would add the option of having more meals - not just one spot for the snacks - as many life plans rely on more frequent eating - "grazing" Smile It would help me to better plan my meals - even two snack options? I love this site - so great and free - when does that ever happen? Beauty.

Cort that link is AWESOME! Thanks a lot... its so perfect for my limited time and it also explains HIIT thanks for sharing - if your reading this definately take the time to check it out. Why not apply something to your workout that increases results! I'm excited to start... in moderation of course!

What should I eat in the morning - Before a workout?
About three times a week I work out with my husband - he has to get up early and the gym opens @ 6 so long story short this only leaves half an hour and I sleep in as long as I can (if I could go in my pajamas I would WinkI don't eat anything - feel ok and eat breakfast after. But the rest of the time I like to go by myself (more time). What should I eat before and after? Does it make a big difference?

Exercise Exercise... how you confuse me.
I'm looking to lose my last 10 pounds... I have only 30 minutes of gym time in the morning and wondering what the very best use of it is? My other question is I really do like the treadmill but I'm curious as to whether I should have an incline or not. I don't want really muscular legs but they are FAR from muscular right now. My problem areas are my upper thigh/bum and lower tummy...
