Well hey!
Thank you all so, so much for the support on my last diary entry. I'm blown away and so thankful to have a group of such supportive people such as yourself. We can all do this, together!

Weighed this morning not expecting much... yesterday I did really good but tried something new (Quest Hero Blueberry Cobbler) and oh my. It was really, really good. 4 net carbs for the whole bar. I was afraid that having something "sweet" was going to throw me for a loop - but I feel fine today, I'm not craving more sweets, unlike the jello cheesecake fluff I made. And was down 1.2 lbs! Yay!

I'll probably get some more of the quest hero bars (they also had different flavors, cookies, etc... got to be careful though!) and maybe could consider using that as a meal replacement, maybe for lunch or something. We'll see. I'm treading carefully though as I don't want to trigger any of my sugar addiction.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
