Thanks Steven! It's a new low after my weight loss started to slow (I blame it on not counting calories very well on the weekends). It feels good!

I have lost around 47 lbs since I went whole food plant based and love it....greens and beans

I'm still getting the hang of wfpb. I was vegetarian for a while, but too much cheese was really an issue. I'm starting to get spurts of energy and I'm not feeling as old (I'm only my early thirties but same days felt like I was 50). There are a few challenges, such as not using oil (actually trying to get people around me to understand that I don't eat oil and that it is important to me that I don't) and the change in salt.
