Ok, I'm back in the game. Three days back from vacation & already 4 lbs down. Lotta juice during the day along with soaked almonds & young coconut meat. Followed up at night with phenomenal Kale, Chard, Ground chicken & turkey soup served over Jasmine rice for dinner. Oh and exercise too!
