I meant yes to a lost (loss) not an increase. I was typing on my blackberry which has a small keyboard so some spelling/grammar mistakes are going to happen. Just in case the spelling/grammar nazi sees this.

149.2 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
