Ok, back from Vacation! Too hard to keep my FatSecret up to date while away. I ate everything I wanted to & it was alot. I figured I'd gain on this trip & planned for it. no big deal. I can lose it again, & I will. I'm back in the saddle now. Lets do this thing!!
