A bit discouraging. I've followed my 'diet' well. I'm not doing a fad diet of any kind, just keep calories around 1500 a day, eat my 5 to 7 fruits/veggies, and exercise. I stopped exercising for a couple weeks (healing from laser and needed to not sweat) and just started again a few days ago. I always retain a lot of water in my muscles when I start working out, so that may be why I didn't lose any weight. So either it will drop suddenly or I'll plateau for awhile. I appreciate plateau's, but I really wanted to be where I was a year ago for my birthday. 3 weeks - there is still hope. Even if I just lose 2 pounds that would put me in the same range. 3 pounds would be great. Each pound gets so hard once you're so close to the goal!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
