Been up and down but only by a few pounds. I’ll call it a solid win because I seem to be back to keeping a relatively steady weight instead of the big 20+ pound roller coaster I started on when menopause hit. Hopefully my hormones are where they’ll stay and I can maintain. For now I’m shooting for a one pound loss every couple months until I get to whatever feels comfortable. I need to keep a little padding, and that’s frustrating, but I can still lose a few pounds and still keep a bit of fluff.

One pound to get to where I wanted to be by September. Looks like I’ll make that goal whoop!! Then 2 pounds more by the end of the year. Taking this slooooowly and making health the top priority.
