Well, the scale wasn't nearly as traumatic as I thought it would be. I honestly thought I would have gained back more than I did, so I guess I'm pleasantly surprised. Felt good to be watching what I ate today and get back some control in my life. Now if I could just get back on that darned elliptical machine. I was in bed by 11 pm last night. Thought I'd get up a 6 am to do some exercising. But oh no, apparently 7 hrs of sleep isn't enough for me. Didn't get up til 7:15 when my 7 yr old came to wake me up to help him get ready for school. Now that's sad! :) Used to be able to get by w/ 6 hrs sleep, not sure what happened...
167.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
