Oh no! I am up to 217!

Up 2 lbs. Trying to decide if I should skip pills and go to amphetamines, or just reduce my calories to 13 per day. I can eat 2 M&M's or a peanut if I need the fiber that day. I could go Atkins and just eat a quarter of a porkskin too. I really need to lose 40 lbs by Saturday to fit in my daughters dresses for my Samba lessons. I have my heart set on it.

I am being mean mocking the newbies I guess. Back to reality. Last week I saw the same fluctuations on the same days. No big deal!

I am excited, I have rode (have ridden, rode?) my bike to work the past 2 days. Its .7 miles, so no big ride. It is nice though to not have to walk, or drive. Tomorrow is my weekly "big ride" which is usually 14 miles or more, and a lil over an hour. Perhaps I will go further this week, I will see how I feel, or maybe I will try and break the record on my route. I am resting my legs to be ready, and did not work out last night (PC problems AGAIN!) and wont tonight since I need to rest and be ready.

If you speak nerd, here I go. I need to dump cuz nobody listens to this stuff, lol. I have been having endless problems with my new storage PC because I bought cheap hard drives (thanks wife!). I had them in a linux software raid because I could not get the drivers to compile on my kernel, so for a week I was chasing my tail (and bad drives) and spending essentially every evening "f*(^ing with computers". While I do that often, sometimes it aint fun, its my full time job in the daytime too. Last night I tried to compile the drivers again, and it worked! I think I am out of the woods! Problem is I lost a bit of data (tv), but no worries my buddy has ALL that stuff on his.

So, this weekend will be rebuilding my library, finalizing some stuff, and hopefully nice. Indulgence day is to be toned down this week (wifes orders). Probably shopping at Lulu, and healthy foods, lots of bike rides, and moving data around.

2 dollars! That will feed me on my new diet for a week or two! lol Actually with me losing weight, its not that far out of reality, but dont tell her that. lol

Great work buddy!! I've been out of touch for a bit...just thought I would stop in and be a cheer leader...I'll weigh in tonight and we'll see how I'm doing...keep going, we're all watching!! Later.
