Have been eating a little more carbs than normal b/c Wayz was in town. Starting back my diet again to where I should be. I hope to loose 3-4 lbs in a week to be back on track.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
