915 kcal Fat: 26.13g | Prot: 44.75g | Carb: 109.13g.   Breakfast: Owens Premium Pork Sausage, Great Value Hard Boiled Eggs, Miller Brewing Company Lite Beer (Bottle), Coffee. Lunch: Jasmine Rice (Cooked), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Beef Brisket (Whole, Lean Only) , Sour Dough Bread. Dinner: Louisiana Purchase Pinto Beans & Rice. Snacks/Other: Yellow Sweet Corn (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Cooked Okra (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Orville Redenbacher's White Popcorn. more...
