The urge to binge today is unreal. I'm writing it out to hold myself accountable.
I had a ham/queso/egg/sour cream omelette this morning. I had my coffee with HWC. I had the Burger King Fully Loaded Crossian'wich this morning without the croissant. Super good, BK's nutrition menu has it at 3 carbs without the croissant. And iced tea, no lemon or sugar. I had 6 pepperoni slices because I thought I might lose my mind. I'm on my second coffee with HWC.
I'm making taco soup of my own creation right now. I'm not sure it's going to be super super low carb, but I'm attempting to make it at least low carb. It's venison, taco seasoning that I made, not from a packet so avoided the sugar/flour there, colby jack cheese shredded, some salsa, queso, and about 2 oz. of cream cheese. It smells great and everything I've put in there is low carb, I'll just have to really watch the portions. I would like to skip lunch since I essentially had two breakfasts, and I think dinner might be higher carb so want to keep my daily count low. It's one o'clock so I have quite a few hours to go. Skipping lunch on a day where I feel weak might not be a great idea, but it might be a good test too. We'll see!
