Weighing in every Tuesday. I'm only recording a weight if I've maintained that weight for 3 days. I've recorded momentary drops in the past and it's too demotivating the a few weeks after.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
