One pound lost! I'll take it! I'm still slimming down and the tight jeans are pretty loose. From Friday-Sunday Evening I was at a festival. Bring on the Fair food! Luckily, I split everything and someone there had a booth with Spinach Wraps! Yes! Overall not bad. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.
319.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 159.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
