Yeah!! The pounds went away again. Good appt with the doctor today. He was impressed with my weight loss. Hubby was even telling one of his friends on the phone last night that he wouldn't recognize me since I had lost a lot of weight. I am feeling very good lately and looking forward to another weekend in the mountains and some hiking exercise. Have a great weekend all Fatsecret friends!!!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
