For one week, thats pretty damn good i think!
i still weight 162, but i think its because ive just been eatting so poorly these past few days, I have no time to eat and then when i get home from work its too late to eat... so i go to bed hungry.. :/

today i will get my 1200 calories!!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 88.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
