My eating could be 10 times better but I make sure to do my workouts and try and watch calories and fat grams the next day. Iv'e been very emotional. Its hard. Even now im crying because food is like my best friend. I know I have to lose this weight!!! I refuse to have my daughter grow up without a mother! I know there will come a point where it clicks or i'll as oprah puts it"make the connection" right now is the foundation and slowly but surely im comin around. God has not intended for me to live a life where im imprisoned by my body. allright yall!!! Its a new day!

This losing weight malarky is so hard, especially at the start, but if you stick with it the rewards really start to snowball as the weight comes off. Good luck!! Leanne :)

I think you've had your "Aha moment"! I am JUST like you... I love love love food. I find eating a lot of healthy foods with fibre and protein helps a lot with cravings. I eat a lot of peanut butter and apples. You've lost 5 lbs already!!! Good job! Keep it up, whatever you're doing works... even if that means eating whatever you want everynow and then to "wean" yourself off junk foods. I did that until I plateaued and then I had to be more strict with my eating. By that time though, I was more used to eating good food and not counting calories that it became like second nature to grab some fruit or yogurt or whole grain bread with peanut butter.
