All Right! I threw my scale out!!! I was obsessing weighing myself like 3 or 4 times a day now i will only do once a month. It keeps me motivated and helps me to rememer that it takes time. Its weird my body is changing and i wasn't seeing the numbers but my clothes are loose. Im sore and I can feel my muscles getting stronger. My next weigh in will be feb 25th hopefully I will be down 5 pounds. I used to have such a bad habit of getting up to eat at 3 in the morning cookies,cake,etc... I try not to keep too much sugar in the house. Im getting stronger mentally and emotionally. Learning to say no and understanding that its ok to leave food on the plate. Im sooo thankful for my friends! Stay strong I tell myself cause before I know it spring will be here.

So what ive learned in the past two months is that peer pressure is your friend!!!!Its is so much easier to have a support system set up of at least 2-3 people who are all in it together. I have two buddies whom I try to work out with 5-6 times a week and we keep eachother in check we are honest with each and it adds a friendly compeitive vibe. We challenge eachother in a good way if my buddy does a 1/2 hr on the treadmill it challenges me to do a 1/2 as well. Im soooo thankful for my buds who have made the commitment to get healthy and get moving. We hold eachother accountable so we dont ruin or workouts by eating crap. Im feeling the wall right now. As soon as i see results i want to stop! I know if I stick to it everyday will get me closer to me goal. Be encouraged and stand firm in your choice to change!
