Yes, I'm finally going back down. I'm glad my monthly is over I was out of control with my cravings. Now I can go back to exercising. I haven't exercised since last Thursday.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
