I've finally gotten back on track. I've had the hardest time getting back to counting calories 100% since Christmas & New Years. I'm also trying to walk 2-3 hours a week aside from Fencing once a week. I really hope I can reach 160 by July.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.4 lb a week
