Lost more water weight and close to low weight of 2017 (200.4lbs). I don't expect to lose much more water weight as this is close to my "true" weight. So the holiday season didn't cause too much weight gain. It's amazing though that cutting out refined sugar and junk carbs can have such an effect on water retention. This is what those "quick weight loss schemes" target, the loss of water by restricting sugar and carbs...The real solution is proper diet and exercise.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
