gained .5 pounds. Not trying to freak out because im sure its muscle and or water weight, i feel smaller. Plus i just started my period so i always feel like that affects weight loss.

Im going to try and eat 1400 calories today though see if that helps.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Most women gain 3 or more pounds that time of the month (water weight). It will come off.
