10 lbs increase in 19 days! I'm sure a good portion is due to water gain as I incorporated holiday candies and carbs to my diet. Also batteling a cold which has lastwd over a week in which I shut down from exercising the last 5 days to help recuperate. I would peg my real non-water weight gain to be around 4 lbs during this time frame.
210.4 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
