I'm back!! Today is the end of my first week back on my program. I feel so much better when I'm eating right. I wish I could get that message through to the part of my brain that pushes me to overeat. Anyway, for the first time in months, I feel confident that I can keep to this thing.
236.3 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 56.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
