Trying to get back on track exercising. We've been shopping for a new house, so after work workouts have been taken up by that. We found a place now now I can get back at it. I Hiked/Ran Iron mountain two days in a row this week. Hope to swim a mile today. The weekend is full of celebrating Jenifer's graduation so we'll be partying with Margarita's & carne asada on Saturday. no surfing this weekend except for maybe Sunday. My goal of being @ 200 lbs by May 31 is within reach. June 1st we take a trip to New York where I plan on indulging in some good food (well bad for you but good to eat!). I'm accepting ahead of time coming back from New York 8 to 10 lbs heavier.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
