I ate four stupid McDonalds hashbrowns this morning. yuk. but i needed the grease
142.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what does that mean? did you need the grease to help with a hangover?? haha i've done that. a lot.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but according to the McDonalds website, 4 hashbrowns has 560 calories, 32 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 60 grams carbohydrates (and 1160 mg of sodium!). The diet calculator got the carbs right, atleast. I'm thinking you were craving the salt, too! Hang in there. We've all fallen off the wagon. Tomorrow is another day!
