Only 1 pound lost this week! Ugh! I need to start exercising but don't know where to begin. Exercising is really my least favorite thing to do ever... I hate it!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. It makes you more aware of how much activity your are getting. You could also grab some music and go for a walk. It burns calories and it's a place to start. Most people don't love exercise, but they love how it makes them feel and look. I can see my body composition changing from exercise. You can go from flab to fab,lol!!

I having been meaning to get a pedometer for weeks. Thanks for the encouragement. I know that just a little something everyday will help me I just need to DO IT... and I am starting today! =)
