I'm going on vacation on Thursday, and my goal was to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. I got up to 230lbs, so I stopped weighing myself. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm down to 215lbs. I'm happy with that! I've been busting my butt at the gym and following the plan my nutrionist has me on, and slowly but surely, its working! Yippee!!!!
