A neighbor had a 4th of July party yesterday and I did not want to go, until another neighbor came to my house and begged me to go. I tried saying no because I knew the hostess would be getting drunk and would find someone to pick on, and not only did she make an ass out of that person, she's just digging herself into a deep, deep hole!

I spent an hour and a half at the gym today, not realizing that it took 30 minutes to stretch, and I did that before cardio, and that wasn't a good thing because I wimped out after 10 minutes! I have hit a plateu, so I need some idea's on how to move past that!?
