Well......I have been slipping a bit lately, so need to get back to the daily food log. Life is crazy right now; we are moving in three weeks, and my son is getting married in five weeks. So keeping an eye on what I eat and working out has taken lower priority; but, I am starting to feel sluggish and I know it is because I am not eating well. So, here I am again!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
