I had a nice surprise when I stood on the scale this morning. Actually read read less but I'm calling it 206. Been eating right & I know I've left a few pounds on Iron Mountain walking/hiking up & jogging down. Did I mention I also have a titanium hip? It's 6 miles round trip. I've done it 5 times in the last 10 days at the end of the day. Six more pounds to reach my goal of 200 by July 1st, & then 189 by November.
No crazy diet, just eating smart, juicing a few times a week, eating lots of fresh young coconuts & fruit & really focusing on my daily fat intake. 40 grams & below is my goal everyday.
This weekend is a surfing/camping trip & I know we'll be eating well. I'm guessing my fat intake is going to high but oh well. I'm not going to stop living. Keep everything in perspective & moderation. I'll weigh in on Tuesday next to see how gluttony this partook in.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
