This past week, I got in a half mile or more walk on the treadmill the following days:

Monday: 16 mins.
Tuesday: 15 mins.
Thursday: 20 mins.
Friday: 30 mins.
Saturday: 30 mins.
Sunday: 20 mins.

On the following days I had other forms of exercise:

Monday: Zumba - 45 mins.
Wednesday: 30 Day Shred - 27 mins.
Friday: 30 Day Shred - 27 mins.

I worked out everyday last week. Yes! I must keep it going! I can do this!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
