So tonight I am starting to run. I need to incorporate the exercise to keep my metabolism going at a good rate and to help keep my weight in check and hopefully to get down to my goal eventually. With boating weather right around the corner I really want to be a bit more "swim suit" ready also!!! I will start with a speed walk with a few short but slow sprints to get me going. I will try 15 minutes and see how it goes!
151.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! Someone asked me if I was doing bikinis at the beach. Boy, I'm not sure I'll ever get there again. My skin is so scarred from babies, but I'm looking pretty darn good in a sexy one-piece! Any tips on cellulite?

Me too, I have a baby scar too on my lower belly. One piece it is for me. But, I have to say, I look good in a one piece.

OH I have to agree...a two piece is intimidating just on its own! I wear em with just my man around, out on the boat in the middle of the lake where we are all alone, as I really love baking in the sun!! I know its not that good for the skin, but we get a good hot summer but 4-5 months a year, and I really enjoy it darn it! :) I usually have a cover up on or a skirt on the bottom when we near other peeps, lol! As for the cellulite, I really don't think its easy to battle - my legs and butt are covered in it. I do know that caffeine on the inside ( so drinking coffee) is a huge culprit and I am a coffee drinker. Using caffeine on the outside, however is supposedly a great way to minimize it. I have used caffeine based products that seemingly smooth it temporarily but never permanently. I use the Beauticontrol body sculpt lotion and cream combo. I used to sell the products and really like some of their items. I am glad I stocked up on a lot of stuff before I gave it up and swear by their daily skin care items
