I actually weighed in at 209 lbs both yesterday & today. But I'm recording 210 lbs on this weigh in as a nice round number. Lots of hard work in exercise this past week. Iron Mountain hike 4 out 6 days & Torrey Pines hike on the 7th day. Need to keep the fat content down which I've done. Next weekend will be a weekend of gluttony as spend the weekend camping, surfing, & carrying on as we do. Lots of food and drink I'm sure. CANT WAIT!!!!!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
