travel without journaling food intake, worked hard and care situations all took their toll I ate too much without exercise now my weight is up 4# future travel: stay focused without eating, bring food, dont eat breakfast poorly and get exercise also during work week eat less, enjoy being hungry, exercise, rest after or during work, and sleep well, no food at night
