Ate out a few times this weekend for dinner, so that didn't help. I will do better during the week. I have been exercising more and looking for ways to keep exercise fun and new so I don't get bored with it.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
