Ugh... so, this is 2nd day after Indulgence Day, and this means 2nd day weight gain. I just don't feel like seeing a high number like this on a Monday morning.

I think I'm getting sick. Wife's been waving this cold around for a few weeks, and I think it's finally time that I got it. I want to stay home from work, but I have some things I just need to have done. After those, I'll come home.

I have no energy for exercise either.

Man, this sucks.

Hopefully it'll pass fast.

Sorry guys, no energy to do a lengthy journal today. There's nothing more going on in my mind other than the injustice of me me not being able to stay in bed this morning.

Still... Life is good! In the bigger picture, things could be much worse.

:-(. Hope you don't go down with anything major.... I wonder if you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs, to fight off germs. It seems like only a couple of weeks ago you were really poorly - take care :-)

I hate being sick. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it seems so much worse than it really is. Go home and get some rest. Feel better soon.

SkInny, I've been wondering the same. Today I went home sick from work, and I have been craving foods all day. Not in the usual "carb monster" way, but much more as a "real" craving. I decided to let my body have what it wanted. I'll count again tomorrow. Right now my body feels better and happier, if that makes any sense.

It'll get better. I recommend soup. It's good for you and awesome if you have a crappy cold. Also, lemon and ginger and honey (and whiskey/brandy!) with hot water.

Sleep sleep sleep, liquid liquid liquid. I sound like a mom because I AM one. Bundle up, sweat it off, plenty of liquids then sleep some more. Wifey's bound to know how to make a KILLER tortilla soup... Feel better soon, man!

Eh ... feel better Keld!!! I'm having the post indulgence blues myself. Third weigh in since Saturday and the third gain. What the heck?!!! And I didn't even have dessert on Saturday!!! Poor Moose. Sure hope you get some rest and recuperate.
