Well another 6 days over down 6 lb.

From next week that will slow to about 2 lb or 1 kg a week if I can afford to buy shakes. I have decided Saturdays is my treat day. I need this to be able to feel I am not missing anything. Going to lunch with my friend Dorothy tomorrow. She is a vegetarian, I like my chicken and fish, but will order a veg dish and she can share it. she is super slim, active and about 15 years younger than me/ She climbs mountains to stay fit.

I bought myself new track suit pants today so have new runners as well. I am going to use college gym in mornings before class, i hope at least 3 mornings a week. Then I am trying to get back my courage to get into a swimsuit and go to the local Leisure world and swim or use steam/sauna room.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
