I have almost lost another pant size!! I went out to buy a couple pairs of dress slacks for work yesterday and was surprised that I could actually get into the next smaller size and zip them up!! I can't wait until they fit comfortably and I can buy that size. :) Been cleaning out my closet and drawers of the bigger clothes for donation. Walked over 5 miles this morning to the grocery store and back and the local high school track to do a few laps. Beautiful sunny day in So Cal!
206.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
