Ignored my diet for one evening... I went an to all you can eat Brazilian Steak House to celebrate me reaching my previous goal of 190lbs and ate about 3lbs of meat and a plate full of veggies.
body fat: 23.9%; water weight: 51.2%; muscle mass: 37.7%; BMI: 26.7; BMR: 1917
189.2 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
