Made it back onto the elliptical machine again today. I can already see the weight coming off, my torso is thinner thru the middle. But oh, there's no definition and summer's coming. Gotta get this poor, out of shape body, moving.
166.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
