April 2, 2012 After losing 70+ pounds in 2010, I slid back to my bad eating and workout habits. Now, 18 months later, I have gained every pound back and I am starting anew. My goal is to get my weight back to a healthy level through better eating patterns, better food choices, and a more consistent approach to exercise. My starting point is 305 pounds and my long term goal is to get to 200 pounds.
