I'm on day 3 of maintenance. Bringing back my calories is challenging. My weight is up slightly in the last two days but should come back down. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully stays down otherwise I will look at doing a correction day. I am also finding it quite challenging to try and find all the calories in mostly proteins and fats!? I read that you need to be eating a normal amount of calories right away, minus carbs/sugar, in order to stabilize and not gain, but I just can't eat that much just yet.

I think I will enjoy the weather today and go for a short little jog to get the heartrate going. Then its off shopping for groceries later on!

152.6 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YUM! Cheese and sausage! Mayo! I like the new olive oil mayo. Nuts! Enjoy, but definitely carefully. Some say it's ok to lose during maintenance, but I think it's more important to set the weight point.

Defintely setting the weight point is my goal. I didn't move today from yesterday so this is a good sign. I will try avocado when I get to the city next I will buy some! I didn't even think about mayo and sausage!!! :) I have been having a protein shake every day so hopefully this helps me get a good amount of protein vs fats. but now think I will make chicken salad with mayo! Mmmmm Thanks a lot!
