After a weekend of nothing but eating and drinking, I'm shocked this is the result. I knew I'd be working all week to un-do my sins from the weekend but I didn't think I'd see this number. Oh well.

My favorite co-ed outdoor soccer team starts back up again this week. So excited! That means two days a week devoted to soccer and the rest of the week days I can (hopefully) devote to Morning Workout Party Time.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay for soccer!! That's one sport I've never played.. I don't know if I could do it - I just can't figure out how to 'dribble' the ball with my foot like that.. but I'm glad you enjoy it!! :)

I've started playing twice a week also. Which leagues do you play for? I'm in Intl Co-Wreck on Fridays and a women's O40 on Tuesdays.

Losin25, I play Northwest Co-Ed and Arena Sports Redmond in the adult C or D league (can't remember which). I also sub for Co-Rec ladies teams every now and then when they need me. It really is the workout my body likes the best I think. I noticed the other night I'm starting to get my "soccer legs" back. Toned quads and calves, I'm liking it!

I want soccer legs!! :) Since I suck at soccer, I'll have to do more calf raises.. Sounds like your soccer leagues are lots of fun and will keep you busy!
