Son of a bitch! I'm on my period. I'm bloated. I'm cranky. I'm at work. I'm still not in onderland. AND I gained a pound. Fuck
201.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah whenever I am on my period I gain about two pounds from being bloated. Not fun for sure. Once your period is gone, that pound will be too. *hugs*

It'll get better as the week goes on. Drink lots of water to stay away from the TOM cravings :) And exercises always helps the bloated feeling go away :) Happy Monday!

Ugh - I had a heck of a time staying away from those TOM cravings this weekend.. not fun. Hope your day gets better soon!!

Don't let your period get you down. That always happens to me too. Give yourself at least a day after you get off it to record the new weight. Our bodies fluctuate like crazy that time of the month. Don't worry, you'll be back down very soon.
