My name is Brianna and I thought I'd put a little about myself on here FINALLY :) I'm 27 and living in Tampa Bay. I love it down here. I've been overweight ever since I can remember. I started my weight loss journey about three years ago. I lost 80lbs in the first year and have slowly worked my way up to a 108lb weight loss in the course of the following two years. But, now is the time to get serious! I always told myself I wanted to get to my goal weight of 150lbs. So here we go!

Atkins Vs Vegetarianism
I like to do like an eggplant parm with Garden Delight noodles (150cal/serv) with a serving of veggies. And I would tell her. You shouldn't be ashamed of being on a diet or try to hide it. If she's as awesome if you say she is, she'll understand and be supportive. After all, somebody you date should want you to be happy with yourself bc you can't have a healthy relationship without self contentness.

Different
So, I'm making my grocery list and I seem to be eating the same foods over and over. I'm looking for different (maybe even weird, im open Smile ) combinations that I can eat for snacks. Any suggestions?
